
To bargain on behalf of our members and to successfully conclude
collective labour agreements.
- To
establish policies for the content, administration and interpretation
of collective labour agreements;
- To
advise on grievances and to represent a member in any arbitration
or other matter of proceeding which is of interest or concern
to our Association or any members;
- To
collect and distribute information on matters pertaining
to labour/employee relations on behalf of our members;
- To
negotiate on behalf of our members with representatives
of employees or other persons associated or having dealings
with any member;
- To
assist, advise and provide services to our members in respect
to labour/employee relations matters;
- To
assist, advise and provide services to our members as may
be determined by our Board of Directors and are incidental
or conducive to the attainment of the objects and the exercise
of the powers of the Society.
